On the contrary, of the ones that I'm familiar with - which is most of them - they are all still as nature made them. Of course several of those ladies really don't need them, even if big tetas is what you go for, Gianna, Jessica, Amy and Siri XXX especially. And several of the smaller-chested or petite types that make the list have serious junk in the trunk. I've never known booty as popular as it is right now, especially on white performers, which most if not all of that 35 are.

While you'd think that women like Gianna Michaels and Siri will never have any actual reason to get implants, this has happened previously with women having large natural breasts (Veronica Zemanova and Linsey Dawn Mckenzie).

I am, of course, cautiously pleased about this situation and hope that the amount of all-natural women will increase in this list, though I don't think it will ever go above 50.

It's worth pointing out that LDM only had her implants put in after a reduction that she came to regret. Or rather, regretted that she went too small. Always a shame when naturally busty models are forced to reduce due to back problems. See also : Dominno. :crying:

That seems like a surprisingly high amount. I thought the number would be something like 15, so this is probably wrong and some of them have already gotten implants.

did an update in october, coming out with similar numbers (35 naturals vs 65 fakies like you)

OVERALL FREEONES TOP 100 @19/10/2013

Average cup : D+ (4.32)

65% of fake boobs
Average fake : E- (4.88)
Average natural : C+ (3.29)

F-cup or more : 15% and 12/15 are fake
B-cup or less : 15%

like in 2011, not a single A-cup in the top 100

Biggest : Siri saves us again ! still with her 100% natural HH-cup
Smallest : a lot (15) of B-cup this year and of course no place for silicone here

What can be concluded :
gap between average fake and average natural is still increasing (1,59 cup vs 1,32 cup)
the average fake boob kept its growth (+ 0,15 cup in 2 years)
there is a come back of small & natural boobs (-0,12 cup in 2 years for the average / natural)
small decline of the proportion of fake boobs, but it stays around 2 for 3
84% of boobs E-cup or bigger are fake (80% in 2011)

I'm too lazy to do it again on the overall 2013 list, but if someone have time...

I am surprised Sunny Leone is not in top 10. she has made quite a news in India where she is entering the mainstream media

That's probably balanced out by her being virtually retired from the adult industry for the past three or four years.
